Porch pumpkin packages · $500 / $850 / $1,500Heirloom pumpkins, gourds and hay styled on your doorstep — delivered, arranged and cleared away when the season's done.

What's included in your pricing?
Weddings start at $3,500 (day-of coordination), private events at $1,500, and holiday styling at $1,000. Every proposal is custom — after a free consultation we'll send a detailed scope with exactly what's included.
Where do you travel?
We're based in Healdsburg and serve Sonoma, Napa and Marin counties. Celebrating a little farther afield? Ask — we love a road trip.
How far ahead should we book?
Weddings: 8–14 months out for full planning, 3–6 for day-of. Parties and showers: 6–12 weeks. Holiday decor books fast — reach out by early fall.
Do you work with our vendors and venue?
Absolutely. We happily collaborate with vendors you've already booked, and we keep a little black book of wine-country favorites for everything else.
How does holiday styling work?
We start with a quick visit or photos of your space, propose a design, then handle sourcing, install and takedown. You just come home to the magic.
Day-of coordination vs. full planning?
Full planning means we're with you from vision to venue to vows. Day-of means you plan, and we step in for the final stretch — timelines, vendors and on-site direction — so you can be a guest at your own celebration.
